Good book! It's huge, but infinitely readable. If I were forced to choose, I'd choose this one over Pillars, but both were good. I got the advice to put some serious distance between the two books, I think that was good advice. There is definitely similar character formation, strong woman, frustrated love interest, villains, sidekicks and others, as there was in Pillars. Things are mixed up enough though and the formula works!! I look forward to the mini-series that's coming out later this year!!
