This book is pure fantasy, no two ways about it! Sappy, romantic, completely unrealistic fantasy. But I enjoyed it!! If you don't like Peter Pan or The Time Traveller's Wife or Star Trek, because they aren't plausible, then don't waste your time on this book. However, if you have a few hours to spend on a breezy, smile of a book, go for it. It's fun! Guys will quite likely hate it though, unless they're incurable romantics!!!

In my edition, the font was bigger then normal and the margins were wide, so the book flew by! Quite literally, it was no more than five hours of reading time, from start to finish. So like I said, if you want a pure escape from reality, this book a sweet little ride.
